Under the SOS Digital project, it was developed a "ASK for HELP" button and a Student Distress Guide.


The "ASK for HELP" button is a reporting tool that is only available to students/staff from UMinho/UniTrento/USC/AMU

The Student Distress Guide aims to offer clear guidance and procedures on how to support students in distress or at-risk situations. It includes a Student Support Crisis Protocol that provides orientation towards the adequate procedures to be followed should one contact with students in distress or at-risk situations.

The Student Crisis Support Protocol only applies to students/staff from UMinho/UniTrento/USC/AMU
